In Queens’ Flushing neighborhood, on a busy College Point Boulevard corner lot near the Botanical Gardens, an existing Western Beef Supermarket was shut down to allow for redevelopment of the site. The new vision for the site currently looks to house 4 ground floor retail stores, along with rooftop parking and storage facilities in the cellar and sub-cellar.
