This multi-dimensional rooftop venue blends nature and design, showcasing captivating skyline views alongside curated cocktails and bites—all inspired by the vibrant spirit of New York City.

Marin Architects proudly served as the project architect, transforming a series of existing rooftop apartments into this sophisticated and iconic destination. Spanning approximately 4,100 square feet of interior space and 5,500 square feet of outdoor terrace, the venue offers a dynamic blend of indoor and alfresco experiences. The design features a thoughtfully curated restaurant seating area, bar, and kitchen—brought to life in collaboration with a third-party interior designer
