Located in the heart of Astoria, this newly renovated variety store was originally two independent one-story structures that were combined into one continuous retail space. In addition, Marin designed a new façade for both buildings to accommodate a new image for the property.

Marin prepared the schematic design, design development documents and construction documents, as well as providing municipal compliance services. A sleeker and more modern aesthetic was created for customers and employees alike.
