11 Bond Street

New York
11 Bond Street underwent a comprehensive interior renovation of a landmarked building in NoHo. Previously home to Showfields—dubbed “the most interesting store in the world”—the building featured a four-story retail space showcasing innovative and evolving brands and experiences. The first three floors were dedicated to brand pop-up spaces, while the fourth floor was designed as a flexible event and public assembly area.
Marin Architects collaborated closely with the client throughout the entire process, from schematic design to the final construction phase, to realize their vision.
Today, it represents a unique four-story flagship opportunity in New York. The architecture promises to make a distinctive impact at the corner of Lafayette and Bond Street.
