Marin Architects provided full architectural services for the interior renovation of a 1,825-square-foot commercial office space located in the cellar level of a high-profile New York City building. The scope included demolition, DOB compliance, construction documentation, and administration, with coordination of MEP systems by Consentini Associates LLP. Despite challenges such as limited ceiling height and spatial constraints, the design team successfully integrated energy-efficient HVAC solutions in alignment with the latest energy code. This project commenced in September 2023 and reached completion in July 2024.
