Developed in partnership with the Stagg Group, this 35,688-square-foot development offers a host of modern amenities, including assigned parking spaces, a shared laundry room, a fully equipped gym, a community center, and an elevator for easy access to all floors. An on-site resident manager provides dedicated support to residents. The building's units are outfitted with energy-efficient appliances, ensuring a sustainable approach. This project was developed with a focus on creating affordable housing that not only serves the community but also enhances the quality of life for its residents.
