Located in the historic Belmont neighborhood, near the green expanse of Fordham University, 4720 Third Avenue is transforming from a former Sears Auto Center into a nine-story mixed-use residential building. This project is a collaboration between Marin Architects and another firm, merging innovative urban design with the cultural heritage of this iconic Italian-American enclave.

Marin Architects spearheaded the schematic design, design development, and the façade design for the 60,500-square-foot retail portion of the structure by leveraging our expertise in both mixed-use developments and retail design. This development serves as a thoughtful continuation of Belmont’s architectural narrative, blending contemporary design with respect for the neighborhood’s rich past.
