As part of New York's expanding portfolio of mixed-use construction, "Ultimate 348" is a hybrid of retail on the ground floor with condominium offices on the 2nd through 6th floors.

This project, located at 348 West 14th Street, is a renovation of an existing wood joist-framed building. Several floors were added onto the existing building, which required reinforcing the existing structure.

Additionally, the brick façade was removed and replaced with a contemporary glass and steel update, which is a visual contrast to the adjacent red brick and white stone buildings.
