Brooklyn
Located in Brooklyn's Greenwood Heights, this new development of boutique condominiums is set among small multi-family row housing in a residential neighborhood. Designed by Marin Architects with a classic brick style, 324 Twenty features seven condominiums.
Each unit features a Juliet balcony, private terrace, or garden. The views from the units overlook Brooklyn, the New York Harbor and the Manhattan Skyline, as does the view from the communal landscaped roof deck.
Designed with cast-in-place concrete, this four-story building features a classic red brick façade, which helps it scale down to the adjacent two- and three-story residential buildings. Additionally, hand-crafted wooden flower boxes complement the red brick. The interiors feature ten-foot ceilings and over-sized windows for bright interiors. Each unit is designed with modern finishes.
The building features private storage, a bike room, and a large capacity elevator.
