Located on a formerly vacant lot, this newly constructed residential 6-story structure in South Harlem boasts 10 apartment units that average 985 sq. ft. apiece. Breaking ground in March 2015, the building was constructed on a narrow 25’ lot and has an approximately 1,600 sq. ft. footprint.

The façade is inspired by traditional French architecture and the interior of each unit features wide-plank oak floors, over-sized windows, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and either full or Juliet balconies with French doors leading to private outdoor spaces with custom iron railings.

Services provided by our firm included Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Municipal Approvals.

Filings with the Department of Buildings consisted of approvals for a new building, sprinkler installations, DEP cross connection, and builder’s pavement plan applications. Upon completion of municipal services, our firm maintained a Final Certificate of Occupancy for the property.
