An aesthetic that can stand on its own, while being sensitive to the surrounding neighborhood, is what defines 310 East Houston Street. The design required a balance between style, identity, and space, a style that would be unique, blending into the community's identity.

The project scope was to design and develop a seven-floor condo residence with retail housed on the first floor. The 23 apartments feature studios, one- and two-bedroom units with high-end amenities, including soaking tubs, gourmet kitchens with luxury appliances, and a fitness center.
