A family retained Marin Architects to design a private residence on four secluded acres in upscale Greenwich, Connecticut. This state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. home was the owner’s dream project.

Sherwood Residence has Southern and Italian influences, and boasts 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a pool, pool house, guest cottage, movie theatre, and wine cellar, with a stream running through the property.

The project scope was to design and build a new residence incorporating the owner’s vision and style, resulting in a harmonious combination of modernized architectural aesthetic and traditional elegance.
