A 15-unit boutique condominium is headed for Brooklyn’s Red Hook neighborhood. Once a prosperous shipping and port area, the area declined in the latter part of the century and was heavily damaged in 2012 by Hurricane Sandy. Red Hook is now currently undergoing a revitalization and is a favorite among musicians, artisans, and entrepreneurs.

In addition to the 15 residential units, the building will feature 10 parking spaces, storage on the cellar level, and surrounding gardens. The building was designed to have a modern yet timeless aesthetic, with a brick and metal exterior that pays homage to Red Hook’s industrial roots.
